Purdue should have use the 3's more often and that would free up their big guy from being double teamed and reduced pressure on him. They became one dimensional and predictable.

All of the Mens Final Four games were boring or was it just me ??
Purdue is awful, they suck so bad. How the hell did they even make this far??? Did no other team come to the tournament. Because I cant see them even beating a high school team

This national championship had a bit of an old school feel to it. Both teams played very tenacious defense. However, the UConn defense was much more suffocating. The Perdue players were tired. Despite the effort Perdue displayed, their legs were gone. A lot of air balls shot from Perdue players as well as many attempts hitting the front of the rim. UConn played tremendous defense by not allowing Edey to set up in his comfort areas on offense. Congrats to UConn.

Why didn't the refs call Edey for throwing elbows? He will need elbow pads in the NBA if this continues. So glad UCONN won.
