He’s right, you cant just flip a major switch with the turnover and injury we had and expect much else
If we had no injuries post deadline and we were still in this position, it would be different entirely. Hopefully, this year cancels out our shitty luck for a while.

If anyone worries about us losing while our starters were at best NBA bench guys and our bench was G leaguers then I don’t know what to say. Hell, G-Leaguers were starting for us at some point.
When Scottie, IQ, RJ and Poeltl played after the deadline we didn’t look terrible. Obviously there was room for development, but that’s a young core that has room for development along with multiple incoming picks and Dick.
Next year should be much much more interesting to watch and we’ll have a good footing to come out of a quick rebuild.
Darko seems like a really nice guy. I just don’t know if he seems like a championship coach in the NBA
Darko will be with the team for the entirety of the “unstable era”. New coach with be hired when “stable era” begins. Hopefully Copernicus got it right.
I actually really enjoyed this season. The franchise finally picked a direction and I’m excited for the future. The past few weeks sucked, but it was mostly because of how depleted our already mediocre roster was.
Really excited to see how Scottie, Quickley and Barrett develop.
