Not able to watch the game tonight but got the notification from ESPN that Giannis left with a non-contact injury. Someone please tell me it’ll be okay.

No chance he plays the rest of the regular season.

  3. Such an odd injury it didn’t even look like he took an awkward step. Rest up for the playoffs Giannis we’ll need you!

This is what happens when you play someone injured. He had hamstring tendonapathy on the same leg. When you aren’t getting the lift from your hamstring, other parts of your body will over compensate and lead to stuff like this.

I’ve had 3 knee surgeries and my shoddy knees have caused me back and calf injuries my whole life. Playing him in meaningless games against Toronto was exceptionally stupid.

Hope this will be a wake up call to rest him a little more when needed.

Don’t even look at me with that shit-eating grin, Woj.

Looks like 2-4 weeks when checking  online. Not good. And you can’t risk major injury by bringing Giannis back too soon.

  8. giannis is not human so all ill say is see you soon tall greek man

    Calf injuries are tricky too

I wouldn’t be surprised if he misses atleast half the 1st round

Happy about the win. Very Sad about Giannis injury. But beware, we were hitting from outside and built a lead but were you watching Pat C and Middleton get hunted and abused in there at times. If we didn’t have that big lead I think this one could be a different story against a team more apt to push the tempo.

This is exactly what they said for KD in 2019 no?
