UConn wins National Championship & Should Raptors keep their pick? Post-Game Show
The moment of truth is here and we have a doozy on our hands as back-to-back Naismith Player of the Year Zach Edey and Purdue take on the defending champs from UConn.

In a season rife with parity, the two best teams in college basketball ended up making it to the national championship. This game seems like the perfect way to cap off a memorable tournament.
Much of the focus will be on the big-man battle as the 7-foot-4 Edey takes on 7-foot-2 Donovan Clingan of the Huskies. While that’s playing out, there’s also an intriguing guard showdown that could determine the outcome of the game.
It’s No. 1 UConn (36-3) trying to win back-to-back titles for the first time since Florida did it in the 2006-07 seasons. It’s No. 1 Purdue (34-4) still seeking redemption after losing as a 1-seed to a 16-seed in the first round of last year’s tournament.

Hi Rob. Your take on Edey is why I love your channel. You understand the game. The guy from raptors digest for example wants the raps to draft Edey cause he’s Canadian and dominates the college level. You have a deeper understanding that really shows .
I usually agree with you but I definitely don’t on this pick. Losing Kyle and Fred for nothing is literally aside from not trading siakam earlier the ONLY reasons our team is such ass. Maybe losing Casey for nurse and letting nurse destroy our team slowely as well but that’s debatable. Losing Fred and Kyle is basically 60m in starting nba asset. That’s basically a superstar we lost to bad asset management. Imagine Scottie with another superstar and Og still here because we aren’t ass and depth as people settle into their roles. Also we probably wouldnt have made the dumb move for poetl. We need this pick because good draft or bad draft. A top 6 pick is always a chance at another Scottie Barnes. No guarantee but when you’ve literally only taken L’s for 5 straight years the fanbase is desperate for a W and that’s all the hope they have left. Also if you plan to compete next year your pick next year won’t be great. And if you don’t plan to compete sell the team today. Nobody is watching next year at this level. I’m def not.

I feel like with Darko… a flyer on Edey at 31… is warranted…. if we develop his shot, he could be very useful imo.. having said that, some other team ahead of pick 31 will also be of that opinion imho. So I highly doubt he's on the table…

Why doesnt the nca adopt the 24 sec shot clock?
He is definitely not strong enough or in good enough condition to be an effective NBA player. If he commits to his training he could be a great bench center.
