FG), along with 6 rebounds and 3 assists for the Hornets, while JT Thor added 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the victory. Max Strus posted his first career triple-double has he tallied 14 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high 11 assists for the Cavaliers. The Hornets finish the regular season at 21-61, while the Cavaliers finish 48-34.

For this entire season I have been waiting for Emoni Bates to get minutes and show JB Bickerstaff and the Cavs organization why they should insert him into the lineup next year and the one game he's got against a low tier team and he averages 7pts, 3ast and 3rb….yea this year was overrated for him regardless of what he did in the G League. It's gotta translate, that's the point.

this is sad on so many levels, but above all this looks like desperation by JB Bickerstaff to try and keep his job. purposefully tanking this game to avoid certain teams tells my JB knows he's gone if he doesn't make it past the first round this year. the thing is, the magic manhandled the cavs the last time they played them, so I'm not sure if that's a preferential match up.
