    >Nick Nurse says De’Anthony Melton “has a bit of a journey” to play on Wednesday. Sounds like he is unlikely to play, as Nurse also pointed out that it is not the perfect time to ramp someone back up. If the Sixers advance past the Play-In, it could be possible for him to return

    >Sounds like Melton is the bigger concern right now on the injury front — Nurse expects Embiid will be good to go for Wednesday and this was precautionary, but asked on Melton and sounds like it’d be a tough hill to climb for him to be ready then (or even early in a playoff series

    >“We’re not looking for any sympathy on how our season has gone … we know what’s at stake for our team, our group, and we’re ready for it.”

    >Tobias Harris on the Sixers being in the Play-In despite ending the season on an 8-game win streak:

**Embiid also never went to the arena today.**

  2. Confused on Melton. Did he have a setback or do they just not think he’s got enough live minutes to be ready for the play-in?

Roco’s career might be done but I’d bring him back on a vet min.

  4. That’s disheartening to hear about RoCo and especially Melton. I imagine we’ll be seeing more of KJ Martin and Ricky Council IV than most would have expected.

Man, that sucks. Cov is a good bench player to have, always liked him. Hopefully Melton gets better. Morey might need to shop for another guard next season and a forward. Sounds like Young might be available but could be pipe dream.

    Shocking.

News flash: Melto isn’t playing either.
