    Some interesting details from Celtics practice:

    – Joe Mazzulla and all Celtics players agreed to practice for an extra 2 hours.

    – They’re blasting 300-decibel “defense” chants to get ready.

    – Al Horford: “This has probably been the hardest practice this year.”

    Considering that Horford was critical of how lackadaisical we took last postseason’s practice, I’ll take this as a positive sign.

    Sooooo 165 decibels is a shotgun blast to your ear drum, and 185 decibels causes permanent damage to your ear canal tissue so I highly doubt 300 decibels are being played at practice today.

    I do appreciate the sentiment that is trying to be pushed here. Go C’s! ☘️

    I’ll believe it when I see it on the court come playoff time. If we focus on becoming more defensive oriented we should smoke every team in less than 6 games especially in the East assuming we have good health.
