Lebron and AD are lucky that Zion is Injuryprone because boy did he have them right where he wanted

  2. 2nd game back from an injury is an indicator of a player. Not who he is 99% of the time. Not surprising. Same thing happened throughout season with Trey, Jose, JV, CJ.

Just hope they can win this next game. And Zion is okay of course please Lord

  3. LuckyWarrior

They could still turn it around but this kind of game felt like the one where you finally decide to blow up your core

  4. Ok-Requirement5256

Can’t imagine the Lebron losing when refs suck his team’s dick.

  5. asapshrank

my excitement for the playoffs is completely gone like that. i dont even wanna think about basketball rn man. im sick

  6. mrcelophane

Something HAD to be up with BI. I refuse to believe he was scratched healthy

  7. Darkonite40

Non pels fan…. But that’s jus not fucking fair man Zion was eating on both ends truly sickening

  8. time2makemymove

Gutted for Zion and Jose. Everyone else can go fuck themselves.

  9. CmonMan711

Fuck this stupid ass cursed organization. Zion doesn’t get injured, we win.

  10. Visible-Rutabaga9268

My heart is shattered. I cannot believe how this game got away despite Zion’s best efforts. A fucking shame 😔

  11. 0-25 and 6 straight home loses.

Fire Willie. This is just unacceptable. This game shouldn’t have to happen. Zion injury shouldn’t happen. This is embarrassing. 49 win team to miss the playoffs looking possible.

Paying fans deserve better than getting their ticket raised 50%.

Benson got a fat $18 million dollar check for tax dodging. Spend it on a real coach.

  12. mistaken4193

    -16 with BI
    -17 with CJ

    That’s why we lose.

  13. Fuck LA, fuck Scott Foster

I think we win this if Z doesn’t get injured.

    Cursed team

  14. I just hope Zion isn’t injured badly…would be pretty awful if he doesn’t play in the next play-in game

  15. Skinnieguy

I love GTA but that turnover when we could have gotten the lead.

  16. _Wado3000

To drop 40 in his first postseason game, and get what may be the same injury that took him out last season is beyond tragic. More than redeemed himself from the previous game

BI, assuming no re-injury, almost certainly isn’t fully conditioned to play a hard 4Q’s on both ends. Also with him bringing the ball up there was little to no chance of catch and shoot 3’s which was a desperate need

CJ played very well to close the season but there haven’t been many great performances in the postseason for him in a Pels jersey.

  17. The_Paleking

I have been supportive of CJ but that was a tragic performance. 9 points on a billion 3 attempts, getting worked on defense, taking BAD SHOTS when he’s cold throughout the game.

We literally have him on the team to set the pace of our offense with a level-head and score and he did neither.

  18. I need some answers for why BI wasn’t in the game ASAP

  19. Gamez6444

I feel so bad for Zion. Played his heart out, who knows how the game ends without his injury. Now, we have to play one more and still no news of how he is. Disaster.

  20. gandhi890

Fck these injuries man. BI got injured few weeks before playoffs and came back with no rhythm whatsoever. Zion charging the comeback gets injured. Man this sucks. Whoever gave this team the curse need to lift it up once and for all

  21. AnEmptyKarst

No Zion slander allowed. First postseason game and he had the game of his life.

  22. I am looking forward to lakers being swept by Denver Nuggets, Cheers all

  23. LuvYouNot

I still have no idea what was the call on AD when he fall

  24. Shoddy_Impact1226

    Absolutely fucking disgraceful by CJ.

9 points for $35 million “star”.

  25. mrcelophane

I HATE playing the Lakers and I hate losing to Lebron and I hate losing to AD.

Zion was putting this whole team on his back in his biggest game and arguably best and thIs happening is GUTTING

  26. Gmatter41

My excitement for the playoffs when we were a 4 seed for a day to now is fucking diminished. I don’t even want to watch anymore because I just get pissed at the decisions of Willie. CJ’s fucking shot choices are only contested or fade away 3s. Zion being hurt fucking crushes me. Larry Nance’s increase of minutes is mind boggling. I am sick and want to throw up

  27. JosephStall

No Zion and a disgruntled BI for our win or go home game coming up. We’re cooked

  28. WateryDomesticGroove

We were up by 8. Came out of timeout. Larry Nance proceeded to make three of the worst passes I have ever seen that led to a 12-0 Lakers run. He killed all of the momentum, they took the lead, and we never got it back.

  29. TheJunkyardDog

im a neutral fan (chicago) , so let me get this straight. Zion took 27 shots. outside of the paint were only 3 of em. and he got to the line less than lebum and day to davis?

man i hate this league and the way they ref the fakers(generally) and lebron specifically. a combination of that is insanity.

  30. Chunkyguc

CJ disappearing in the biggest moments. Its inexcusable at this point in his career

  31. Fine_Tailed_Fox

Lost versus the GOAT. Can’t say much except Zion almost singlehandedly dethroned him.

  32. Daveoos77

Still no zion update is looking worse and worse every second. If he couldn’t play through the last 3 minutes of this game, I don’t expect him to be available next game which probably means the end of the season no matter what.

  33. DaBeegDeek

Zion, Alvarado, Murphy and Jones are the only obviously retainable guys on the roster.

  34. st-doubleO-pid

CJ shot 26.6% from the field tn. Good lord that’s bad.

  35. Julep2005

This game should be proof of at least one thing. Zion IS the future of this franchise. Not to diss BI as he’s off an injury but all season Zion has had this team on his back. If we make a run in the next ten years it’s because of Zion and a supporting cast that shows up in big moments and a coach that can adjust. If you think we have those right now is up to you but Zion is our guy.

  36. i_luh_dattt

When you are down and start fouling to send them to the line. The whole point is that you then go for a 3, to cut into the deficit. But Pelicans would foul, and then go down and make a 2, which didn’t cut into the lead at all. Didn’t even give themselves a chance to go to OT. Fucking idiots.
