Isaac is arguably the best defender in the league. The Magic with him on the floor have the best defensive rating in the league.
He can guard our bigs and could lock up Donovan and Darius and he can close out on shooters. We should avoid involving him in pick n rolls.
He’s also been shooting well the 3 ball and has been very efficient on offense in 2024. Orlando can play him at the 5 stretching the floor which is something they badly need.
And like someone here said, he is a great offensive rebounder.
Thank god he never playes more than 20-25 minutes per game because we all know how injury prone he is, but the Magic are a much dangerous team with him on the floor. And he likely will close games.
In my opinion he is Orlando’s most impactful player. Not Paolo nor Franz. I’m not worried at all of the Magic a part from this guy.

There’s a large difference between a big guy being able to switch onto a smaller guard for limited amounts of time, but if he’s guarding Mitchell a lot Mitchell’s going to cook him
