Steph Curry is STILL the outlier of outliers at age 36

Saw this in JxmyHighroller’s [new video](https://youtu.be/n5ylxIa5Sm4). Watch from 0:28-1:42 for the full context.

Basically, CraftedNBA has an advanced metric that uses spacing, efficiency, etc., to try to quantify a players shooting ability using a 1-100 point scale.

Steph still got it. Truly blessed to have this man on our team. Also, peep Klay.

People doubting him are idiots he played the whole season with no number two and without a single player who can create their own shot.

Bill Walsh time is what I’m saying,..get that value while you can

He hit 357 threes, third all time, and his personal second best, at age 36.

Since March 14th 2024, his 36th birthday, 36 year old Steph averages 24/5/6 on 45/41/94 splits.

This man played 74 games in his age 35/36 season with a really, really bad team that forced his offensive load to the levels of the 2021 season.

It took James Harden shooting 1,028 threes to hit 378 in his prime. It took an aged and supposedly ‘washed’ Curry to hit 21 less on 152 less attempts.

Teams are still doubling and tripling Steph. I don’t care what anyone says. Steph is the best player in the league. Show me any other time an almost 40 year old was getting double and triple teamed in an NBA game play after play after play. And still averaged 26ppg for the season. And hit the third most threes in a season ever. And did it efficiently. And carried a ymca team to a 46-36 record.

There’s high scoring superstars in their 20s who don’t get that level of defensive attention and couldn’t hit contested threes to save their lives. The same contested shots that a 36 year old hits at 40+%.

It’s bizarre how bad this team is with the spacing this man gives them. Any competent NBA player should and would and could average 20ppg minimum next to Steph.

Steph is the greatest shooter, greatest scorer, and greatest offensive player this sport will ever see. It is not up for debate. 😁

No offense, but if it’s a Jimmyhighroller video I’m gonna ignore it. This is the dude that creates fake metrics to say LeBron is the goat lol.
