ESPN Sources: Atlanta is hiring Golden State’s Onsi Saleh as an assistant general manager. Saleh — who had been VP of Basketball Strategy and Team Counsel with the Warriors — has worked closely with Bob Myers and Mike Dunleavy Jr., and previously with Spurs CEO RC Buford.

Someone tell me how to feel
I mean I guess good job for realizing that some ex player that had no front office experience wasn’t going to be a good asst GM off the bat, but anyone outside of the front office could have told you that. And they keep hiring out the GS well and they are all gone now. Not expecting anything from this right now with how they handle their front office.
Can’t wait for his suggestions to get overridden by nepo baby Nick Ressler

Seems kinda like a sort of Travis Schlenk replacement grabbing him from the warriors. He worked with the Spurs too which is a historically good organization. Seems like a good hire on paper.
Landry wasn’t cut out for the role he was hired to do. Why else would he not have made any moves in his time as GM?
They’ve worked with some great organizations. But I’m curious how many of the decisions they were actually a part of. Either way this is better than nothing and it means nothing if ressler just overrides everything.
Year 7 of Operation: BE THE WARRIORS
LOL so we’re trying the Schlenk route again?
The Back door part 2 , this team funny bro
Sick
What does this mean for Kyle Korver? Isnt that his title?
I like this – we really needed more experience in our FO, the rookie mistakes in roster construction were glaringly obvious this season.
What is this guy’s stance on resulting?
Way too many cooks in the kitchen
Say you miss Schlenk without saying you miss Schlenk
How many assistants and advisors is this now? Maybe just hire one person who knows what they’re doing and then get the fucking nepo-bitch out of their way.
He will have creative solutions to get Ressler to duck the tax.
