If Tobias Harris starts all 7 games, I don’t think it’s very unreasonable to think that the Knicks have a chance of winning. Look at his stats against them. However, if he finally gets benched, the Sixers will for sure beat the Knicks. The Knicks have strong perimeter defenders but they don’t have an answer for Embiid so all the Sixers need to do is surround Embiid with 4 quick trigger 3pt shooters and the Knicks strong perimeter defense really won’t matter as Embiid will get to go 1v1 every play or there’s a shooter wide open. That’s why it’s extremely important that Tobi gets benched. He’s not a shooter and slows the offense down.

I still say it was dumb to beat the Heat. We have to play Boston either way. I’d rather have them first than in the ECF after Joel is cooked. Meanwhile, New York would have to get through the Heat and the Bucks to get to us. We’re being praised for getting the easier spot.
Did we though? Knicks first, which is going to at least 6 games. Then the Bucks/Pacers, which will further weaken us for the Celtics while they have an easy ass route to the ECF this year.
The ONLY thing this is good for is giving Joel some time to get his knee right, but we played just as poorly against the Knicks this season as we did the Celtics.
