The Cavs need to earn the fans trust. After the last 2 years of postseason failure it’s understandable the crowd is in wait and see mode. The reality is that the Magic is not a great team — the Cavs need to use this series as a tuneup to gain confidence for the second round where they will face an extremely tough opponent. Earn it.

I mean, the “refs you suck” chants were on point

Nonsense, our crowd is one of the best in the league

  4. In ‘07 I saw a fan take a charge against an away fan walking around the concourse, his buddy was a ref and called a charge

Could use that kind of energy

Bro we were loud as fuck homie what game was you watchin???? We got a basketball literate crowd too – always groaning at obvious bullshit calls, Wagner traveling etc.

  6. You realize the broadcast mutes the crowd noise, right? I’m sure it was nuts in the building.

Was at the game. The crowd was absolutely loud and in the game. Maybe not as loud as the Knicks game 1 last year (which I was also at) but the fans were absolutely over the refs BS by the third.

I was there and thought the crowd was extremely loud and hostile. Boos were frequent, and chants against the refs broke out loudly at least four times. The TV broadcast deafens the noise.

People were pumped, and I loved the light-up bracelets.

  9. Ha, damn, I still have this same towel from that run. I got to be at the Sasha chase-down block game in the opener vs NJ.

The crowd was loud. But 2007 was a different time all together.

What a hot take. A weak playoff crowd in Cleveland, Ohio?😂😂 It doesn’t even sound right
