How is the ref not watching the coach for a timeout on an inbounds play in the closing minute or the game? Scripted just like WWE.

  2. Theballharperhit

we can blame the refs all we want and they deserve it but this loss just comes down to getting nothing from nobody not named joel/maxey. Joel on one fucking leg is playing harder than everyone else. I dont want tobias/oubre/Bball/hield back on this team.

  3. Hield should not see any minutes. He’s awful on offense and defense. They should play literally anyone else

  4. Top_Shallot_4951

Watching Joelā€™s post game I actually almost cried. He says heā€™s confident and weā€™re winning the series. But he kept his head down the whole time and when a reporter tried asking questions in french he said ā€œIā€™m not answering any questions in frenchā€ lol I really love this dude, he just wants to win

  5. Jay-Kane123

It’s all Embiid. The whole playoff don’t matter. We can’t beat the Celtics the bucks or the nuggs with a 40 percent Embiid

  6. DemonsReturns7

What hurts me is when you have guys that are counted on to do just ONE thing

In the case of Hield just take and make your 3sā€¦. And he canā€™t even do that

But yet you have guys like McBride and Hart shooting for the ages and canā€™t miss and theyā€™re not even known for shooting that well

  7. Feelscreative101

Relax, take it one game at a time. Focus on winning the next game. Then the series is exactly where it was meant to be with 2-1 still at Philadelphia for the next game.

Is Ricky injured? He wasnā€™t on the injury report so if heā€™s healthy , give him some mins. We need size and Buddy Hields trash ass isnā€™t doing anything so take some mins from him.

  9. No_Significance_6800

Do we move on from embiid while he still has some value?

  10. shrek_cena

Worst part is I have to wait until Thursday to get disappointed again šŸ˜’

Alright Iā€™ve calmed down after that disaster of an ending. Hereā€™s my calmed down thoughts.

    The positives:

    – The Knicks do not know how to stop Maxey & Embiid. Especially Maxey.

    – Nurse is a great coach & I believe in him.

    – Joelā€™s playmaking improvement is huge.

    – Weā€™re absolutely shutting down Brunson.

    – 2 games at home coming up.

    – No way Hart continues being a highly efficient volume 3 point shooter & if he does then it was always going to be hard to win the series.

    The Negatives:

    – Rebounding is obviously a massive issue. Especially with a hobbled Joel. Idk why Nurse wonā€™t try RC4 minutes or a Bball + Joel lineup.

    – Everyone outside of Maxey & Lowry provides no help on offense.

    – Maxey is amazing but sometimes he just ends up way too passive. Idk who needs to tell him this but he is good enough to be the fucking guy. Donā€™t be passive in the 3Q. Donā€™t give the game winning shot to Joel.

    – Joel clearly canā€™t last a whole 4 quarters. Sticking with the previous point, Maxey has to be our closer

Overall, we could easily be up 2-0. Joel & Nurse are still confident in us & saying it publicly. Sixers in 6

  12. DemonsReturns7

Is there a way that Nurse couldā€™ve had both Embiid and Reed in there instead of soft ass Tobias that wasnā€™t going to make a serious attempt to grab rebound that led to the go ahead 3 for the Knicks

  13. Upstairs-Cable-5748

Where are all of the ā€œat least the 2nd best team in the Eastā€ stans tonight?

  14. throwawaymac83

Folks really gotta go to work tomorrow after this shit

  15. The refs were absolute ass all night. But so was everyone outside of Embiid and Maxey šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø watching their role players go off vs ours shows a huge gap

  16. xXxdethrougekillaxXx

I’m currently watching A Serbian Film and its cheering me up

  17. rarespark

    I come in 100% peace.

I just would like to post a tweet showing that the timeouts called by Nurse were too late both times.

    https://twitter.com/KnicksMuse/status/1782605663627087920

I just want to show so that people can at least see for themselves and make a true conclusion about the refs instead of going off bad still screenshots.

  18. The knicks are currently 5-1 against the sixers this season( including playoffs). Itā€™s over. How naive could yall be??
