Well ladies and gentlemen we can’t lose tonight… either we get one step closer to a 3-1 comeback, or we never have to watch Tobias play basketball again
Tobias Harris will soon be gone, he can’t hurt us anymore
I had to go pick up my partner from the airport during the last ~8 minutes of play in game 4, and it was such agony sitting in the cell phone lot hearing Tom McGinnis announce every single rebound the Sixers missed and every single 2nd (or in some cases 3rd or 4th) attempt shot from the Knicks, the game slowly slipping away. (In some weird way it felt worse than watching it, but it probably wasn’t.)
And yet here I am ready to do it at all again. This series has been pretty evenly matched so I think we could pull out a win tonight. Let’s go.
We’ve got to believe. Everybody get their clown makeup. Sixers in 7.
Either way I hope this game is a blowout. In our favor means we have more of a shot of maybe taking the series in the end AND we get to rest Joel. If it’s in NY’s favor, we get embarrassed (hopefully at Tobias’ expense) and we get to go into the offseason with absolutely no expectations and just bask in being free of Tobias Harris.

Honestly if we’re down 20 halfway through the 3rd, sit Maxey and Embiid and make Tobias play the rest of the game.
I have very low expectations for tonight. But the good news is that my expectations have absolutely zero effect on how the sixers play! Go sixers
