Love Kawhi but he gotta go. Itās every year with this bullshit. Whatās the point of having a superstar if youāre never available in the playoffs. Iād rather trade him for two mid-level guys that average 14-16 a game and are healthy.

So in other words he may miss the playoffs. He used the word āseverelyā

Just rest his ass and trade him this offseason for anything, re-sign PG and Harden and run it back

The most concerning thing is how even now nearly 4 weeks later they have not managed to get the inflammation under control, and that they clearly thought they had before G2 but then that just ended up setting him back even more with how the knee reacted to that game. So even if he does come back again some time this playoff run, that question mark is always going be there about how his knee reacts to the intensity of playoff ball.
My heart goes out to Whi man, the guy clearly wants nothing more than to be out there balling at this time of the season but his body is just a ticking time bomb and consistently fails him no matter what approach he or the team takes.

This was somewhat encouraging that there wasnāt a significant setback, I think the problem was that he didnāt practice much 5on5 and immediately played 35 minutes, praying that heās got the swelling down and actually gets a ramp up period

5 yrs of this and i donāt understand why yall still back this man. Yes, its not his fault but this is just beyond crazy. I know there are a lot of stans here but as CLIPPER FANS, we need to move on and this offseason might be the chance. This team needs to start preparing for life beyond 213

This dude needs to fly down to this place in Cabo, or Japan, and get the latest stem cell treatment that takes years for it to get approved in the US.

This is actually quite informative yea. So basically between game 2 and game 3, the inflammation came back. Thatās not good.

Can’t speak for Kawhi but, having recovered from one myself, knee injuries are weird. For a couple of the years after the injury, out of nowhere, it would just start acting up. I also had to deal with sympathetic pain on the opposite knee on occasion. …well after recovery. It was pretty annoying.

It would be incredible if we could make it through this series and give Kawhi more time. Would hate for us to go out like this

Summary:
* Kawhi felt good in game 2. In game 2 it wasnāt the knee that restricted him. It was his conditioning. * Between g2 and g3 some inflammation came back. He can still play as a decoy or spot up shooter and he wanted to. It was the organization that made the decision for him. * they can confirm thereās no injury * they will be testing him closely. Have him do this and that to monitor the knee. But itās hard to simulate playoff basketball.

Why would Kawhi even be considered for Team USA at Olympics?? Just no way he is going to be able to play a meaningful role.
Give his spot on the Olympic team to Westbrook. Westbrook may not be the best fit, but at least you know Westbrook is going to show up and play no matter what!!š
