Did more in one season in terms of winning basketball games than Tobiass’ entire tenure here.

I don’t blame this man for whatever decision he makes for himself this summer.
He showed up, and he contributed positively to the team. We don’t survive much of the season without him.

It is insane how much Batum’s passing is underrated this season. He’s the only player I’ve seen who never struggled to get a pass to Embiid before Embiid got injured. It was effortless.

It’s crazy how good he was. Fucking mental. Hope he comes back

I get it if he wants to retire and be with his family back home, but the man was playing full court denial on Brunson and was doing it *well*. Not “well for 35-year-old”, but well for NBA player standards.
Obviously, no one knows how his body felt after games, but from what he showed on the court, he definitely has one more high level season in him.

Nico is proof that it ain’t hard to play here and leave with the whole city’s respect. He was here for less than a season and now he’ll always get our cheers

He gave a shit about the win and that’s worthy of respect on its own. Stellar performance, would definitely not mind seeing him back next season. Unfortunately it kind of sounds like a retirement post, we’ll see.

That putback dunk was smooth.

Man, I remember always picking him up in NBA Live 2009, because he developed into a sharpshooter.
30 year old me got to see him be that sharpshooter 15 years later, in real life, wearing a Sixers jersey.
Whatever comes next for him, I wish him the best. I was always a fan of his.
