I'm from Orlando and season ticket holder. Orlando doesn't really want Klay. He's going somewhere else, but not Orlando. The alleged "mutual" interest was all a leverage play on both sides.
Klay is not leaving. They just announced he is opening a golf club with Steph & Andre for the bay area. He will be staying.
