Being downvoted to shreds in main sub, but Rick has a point. If my star player has a bad back and the other team gets away with doing this it’s hard not to escalate it

  1. It’s weird because Rick didn’t say a foul in the third quarter was the reason Pacers lost, but people are acting like he said this lost them the game or something, but instead it’s the inconsistency with the refs these two games, that needs to be called every time, especially with what other things get called.

  2. But the top comments are all agreeing it was foul?

It’s a foul but it’s unrealistic to think Refs will see every foul committed the entire games. There were calls missed against the Knicks as well. Brunson was hit in the groin, no foul. The refs are not the reason why the Pacers are losing these games imo.

Comment has 0 points. It’s not even in the negative

Facts. Gotta escalate under those conditions. Coach has to protect and support his players.
