interesting strategy. this won’t backfire at all.

Between the broadcaster crew, between the TNT crew, and between the rest of the world that’s been talking about and pointing out this very one-sided affair between the Knicks and refs, I’m glad Rick had the balls to blow the whistle here. People can blame the Pacers for being outperformed on the road, but how are they supposed to play more aggressively when they’re being penalized for bullshit calls? After Brunson’s flop on Turner, something needed to clearly be addressed. Rick gave them a chance last night to be fair and now he’s not holding back. Say what you want about his coaching or our defense, but this game clearly doesn’t reward fairness if you’re a Pacer at MSG.

SVG has been laughing at the refs in both games during the broadcast so this shit isn’t just Pacers fans crying about the refs.

  5. Maybe, just maybe, if a team has grievances filed against it in back to back series, people may start to see a pattern.

I’m still upset about how the 2000 NBA Finals were reffed.

  7. Not a fan of the ref work this series and not a fan of this move.

[I made a video summary breaking down some of the calls and my thoughts.](https://youtu.be/7zKfNWUONAM) I also think it’s hilarious ESPN can’t even use an updated photo of our current roster. Game 1s calls had an impact in the result. Game 2 was a mix of both, but more on us for not being able to close it out after being up 10. Tough to see, but I think we are coming back to Indiana at the perfect time.

I don’t see NBA doing squat with the complaints. Worst case scenarios, the refs take this personally and game 3 has fouls against us if we are within 6 feet of Brunson on defense.
