Coach had the guts to say in media what the media is scared to say. None of the horrendous officiating will be criticized by commentators and media. This is their bread and butter. Remember raptors coach said the same thing earlier in the season about the disparity between the fouls called against his team when they played lakers. Everyone knows NBA wants the bigger markets to succeed in these matchups. This is the second series in a row where Knicks are getting way more calls on their side.
Up by 10 at the start of the 3rd quarter..Then Brunson returns at the start of the 3rd and by the end your team is down by 10pts..That's not the Refs..That's YOU as their coach NOT recognizing the best defensive matchup for Brunson (McConnell) who you sat over the last 4 minutes for Halliburton who is AWFUL on defense especially in the switch. Game 2 was not on the Refs..it was solely on CARLISLE 💯
Rick is right the game is not being called fairly and it has cost us games. It's just like when mega star players get favorable calls. We already now NBA has had a past of Refs intersecting there own personal bias to influence games.
I’ll be honest. The Knicks vs Celtics would be a much more exciting series and it would generate more views for the NBA. The refs are biased, but can you blame them? I am speaking from a viewer/consumer perspective. There is no doubt that some of these refs have cheddar in the betting game.
