Ant isnt unguardable… Phoenix!!!! actually did a nice job most of the time… you just gotta do it right for the whole game. But as long as Murray isnt playoff murray Denver wont win… They dont play well these playoffs in general… MPJ is the only one shooting well… nowhere near as dominant as last year
Ant has made these shots every fucking series he’s played in. He’s tweaked other parts of his game and the team in general is good and mature now

Give this some thought. Denver beat a 42-40 Wolves, 45-37 Suns, 43-39 Lakers and a 44-38 Heat. This was by far the weakest competition a champ has ever faced.

In playoffs stars will score and do their thing so I am not surprised Ant scored 43 or Jokic 32. The Box score for the starters was 84/83 in favor of Denver (+1), however the bench box score was 15/23 (-8) to Denver’s disadvantage! There will be a chess match and adjustments will be made by both teams, however there is one thing Denver can’t effectively adjust for, the bench depth of Minnesota. It will be an uphill battle for Denver to play their starters for 38 to 40 minutes against 8 Minnesota players. In my opinion, and sadly for my Nuggets, Minnesota’s bench will win this series for them.
This Minny win was just pure luck, not more.
The Minny guys had a disgusting shooting luck, almost all of their nonquality shot fell into the hoop.

… The reason why Minnesota wins is because the guys that aren't the top 3 of each team not the top half because the difference between the top guys isn't as far as the difference in skill in the bottom half. Whatever role players hit their open shots wins and I'm trusting Minnesota over Denver. Denver is really missing Bruce Brown and Jeff Green right about now. I had so much faith in Denver last season because of their depth. They downgraded but you can't always keep everybody on a championship roster.
Murray is banged up, but he went off on my Lakers 🤔🤔

Was in Vegas at Christmas and could have gotten 25-1 on the Wolves. Almost dropped a G on them, but chickened out! LOL

People make too big a deal about players missing shots in one game. The game of basketball runs and is based off the law of averages. Sometimes your shots just go in more time than not. Other times they dont go in more times than not. sometimes evrrything goes in. Sometimes nothing goes in. No players shoot exactly their season or career averages over and over and over ans over and over game after game. Quarter after quarter. It's absurd to say maybe we need to make Ant pass it to Naw cause he struggled shooting in game one. So? Naw is a 40% 3 point shooter. Thats the worst mistake you possible make by over reacting to one game were a player or players just happened to not make alot of shots. Good lord alighty make it make sense.
6 for 14 shooting is completely fine for Murray lol. Thats 42% not that far below season average. If he went 7 of 14 thats 50%. Not much above his season average. So are you using one made shot for a basis that Murray shot poorly? This kind of rhetoric is lazy and terrible. Btw, wolves fan here. Just an logical unbiased one.

I'm pulling for Denver, but I'm not going lie to myself. The Wolves can beat us in a 7 game series. I'm not giving up all hope, we can have a get right game tonight and steal one in Minneapolis. If we lose tonight then the future looks bleak. I respect the Wolves and will root for them if they defeat us.
It might sound crazy but Braun had good success against Edwards. His offense is trash this year but if I was the coach I’d see if it was a one-time fluke or if it really was a better matchup than KCP or Murray and if he played well shift KCP to the 2nd team to improve bench scoring and try to wear out Edwards with a young athletic kid who didn’t have to play offense.
It was just a few minutes so I’m not going making any wild claims here, just thought maybe something they should look at. They need to slow him down no matter what.
