Comparison between Brunson and Tatum is so drastic this postseason. Brunson has been putting the team on his back and taking over the offense to keep winning games despite being plagued by injuries. Tatum is getting outscored by Derrick White and getting blown out by way less talented teams.
Every time the celtics lose its the exact same way. They get cold from three for a little bit while their opponent gets hot and then basically just give up. They have no other way to get back in it. Part of that is having a rookie head coach but part of it is on Tatum’s inability to be a true 1A superstar.
Celtics are talented enough to get to the conference finals. Depending on if OG is back or not, they may go to the finals too. But they will get spanked by whoever comes out of the west. Tatum has no killer instinct and the celtics expect to just win on talent and 3 point shooting.
