The wild "Luka is a great defender" takes that came out after gm2 was pure insanity from the media, Luka stans and Mavs fans
James needs to start using that float game more that shit was beautiful. I know it’s partly because Luka had 5 fouls but looked like he could get to that anytime he wants.
As predicted, it's even after 4 games.
Now the 7 games series is probable, making the series very, very exciting.
Who will fold first:
– Luka with his unsustainable usage rate,
– Playoff P with his history of hiding behind Kawhi,
– Harden with his playoff luggage…
Hopefully Kawhi gets ok, it's a shame not having the best ( when fully healthy) American playoff player.

We made shots so we won. Especially PG and Harden who were great. its amazing how opinions are skewed base on whether we win or lose but it's a make or miss league and that won't change. Hopefully we are the ones making shots and not missing.

Luka had 5 fouls in the fourth so that allowed Harden to blow by him on every position
Russ was plus 17 in his first 5 minutes of play. That lead helped us win the game. Harden and PG brought us home. Great win!
Making luka work on defense is paying off!! He is getting worn out. Harden and PG keep being aggressive, feeding Zu and tough defense and we will close this series! Go Clippers 👏 🎉

Mavs fan here. I tipped my hat to PG and Harden yesterday. They were unguardable yesterday. The degree of difficulty both hit those threes were crazy. They also made timely shot after timely shot after Irving went berserk. I don’t know who’s going to win this series now. With that said though, we coming to bust that ass in LA Wednesday, Mavs in 6 😅
I'm not sure how much of it to place on Luka's knee injury and how much to place on some good Clipper defense but it is weird to see Luka not just figure it out and dominate. His superpower has been consistency night after night. We've already seen with Kahwi, its admirable if you want to play through the pain, but you have to be healthy enough to not be a liability. Still expecting a break out explosion.
The Steve Nash floater is beautiful and almost impossible to to block he just needs to make it a staple of his offense. The thing is the defense is so scared of hardens passing lob ability so they don’t know what to do once he starts his floating shot motion

I cant believe Luka wad called for 5 fouls lol. He usually doesnt get called for anything. But at the same time Luka getd fouls all the time even when hes throwing his body in a clear offensive foul manner.

Rus missing a few shots doesn't mean he was out of control at all. He was good in the fourth. The commentators of the game were talking about his great impact on the game. This series should have been over in 5, if mavs came out with intensity in game 1 it would have been a sweep. Luka had help, and mavs won. Simole as that, luka has help, clips cant beat luka 😂😂😂. So ironic this Darian said "its not as simple as luka has help" ummmm yea it was, like luka said when asked the difference between this series and previous series with clips, "we have kai" sinole as that 😂.
