Luka plays back at home during the off season. He really is playing competitive ball year round people don’t understand that. And he still finished as the leading scorer.
When you realize that Lively and s a rookie and they only have had Washington and Gafford since the trade deadline you start to realize they are just scratching the surface of what this team can be. Lively is going to grow and get better. We are seeing what PJ can bring when he has his confidence. I want to see them ditch Exum and Hardaway Jr and start giving minutes to Hardy and the other rookie Prosper and wake the potential of their bench up. Hardy can score and I believe he could surpass what Exum is giving you. Just needs to improve on D. His offense is already superior. This team could be scary good next year when they’ve got a full season together.
Chad Johnson is the second best receiver in his family tree…He wore a HOF jacket just for a celebration.He has never won ANYTHING he is NOT on Shannon’s or Luka’s level… 🤦♂️

Luka has taken that step this past off season. He has a trainer, and a chief to eat better. He came into this season in shape. He's taken that next step with health. However, he plays physical when he gets downhill. Also he's improved his defense steals wise. He's playing the passing lanes more. I can give you stats and stuff that doesn't show up on the stat sheet. I've been a die hard Mavs fan since '98. I can talk for days, and give you facts for days bout my Mavs. The only thing I felt y'all were wrong on is the off season preparing, his defense. Gafford is doing his thing. He's not a scorer. But he does the dirty work well. Also he's playing thru injury as well (hand & shoulder). Ocho Luka is playing with a knee sprain. Then had the hard fall on his back too. That's why he's walking like that. I love this podcast, keep do y'all thing. Thanks for showing my Mavs some love! #MFFL
