Cavs basically traded number 1 pick for Kevin Love
Everyone says the draft sucks but everyone says this Alex Sarr kid is special lol Also think Dillingham can be a Maxey-ish type player in the right situation. There have been some BAD drafts in the past 20 years. Don't know why/how people just kill this one before it even happens
Wiggins was traded as the number 1 pick in 2013. It was between the draft and start of the season though.
The #1 pick was traded in 2014 which was andre wiggins to timbs.. where does bill get his stats?
Hawk either trade pick get another super star beside Zaccharie Risacher who would make more since put a side young last thing the hawks need another c they need someone that be that pf that be stretch for who can shoot who compare with Young to be that shooting team they have two guys who are shooters but they’re more point guards and they already have two guys who are athletic centers
Every nba scout whiffs all the time
All these GM who texted you back should be fired. There's no clear consensus on the draft order so they're scared like sheeps. They actually have to do their homeworks and they don't know how. "How can I choose my pick if I can't trust ESPN ?" they thought.
Alex Sarr would be a top 5 in any draft from past 10 years. The Thompson's twins went 4th and 5th and they can't shoot. Anthony Black is no where to seen and went 6th.
There's no top 3 potential franchise player, yes, but that draft doesn't start at 8th or 10th. They're incompetent. And they're cowards.
Watch the Spurs get Shepherd and him be the next Ginobli.
Sarr reminds me a lot of Evan Mobley. Similar size, defense first prospect that has intriguing skills on offense.
What about Kevin Durant for the number 1 picks
In the NBL we've had undrafted Junior College types come in and average 25 and 12 at power forward. But Sarr is the NUMBER ONE PICK IN THE DRAFT for averaging 10 and 4?? Crazy.
I’m thinking starting at #15
So according to the pundits, this will be a NBA draft 'recession year'. However, I've always been a believer, that in every NBA draft there's a future All Star level player that nobody can see coming.
Saying it’s a bad draft is a cop out for talent evaluators because they don’t wanna admit it’s a crapshoot of certain players determination and skill
Utah jazz da best
Hey Ryen with an E has all the info!
This draft is like picking randomly from a deck of cards where Aces are future all-stars and Kings and Queens are solid role players. It's better to be in a position like the Spurs and Blazers who each have two lottery picks than to have a pick in the top three. It increases their odds of finding someone who turns out to be good in the future.
No, the question should just how Good it is, because no Player has played one Second in the Pros.
Basically in every scenario it's yeah f*** the Hawks c. Not one scenario puts the Hawks in a situation to be better next year or even the year after. I get it though. It's only about big markets with you talking heads.
Bizarro Mt Rushmore! 🙂
Horrible draft
There’s a good video you could make for this draft tho. Guys slip thru the cracks all the time in the draft. Kawhi Giannis jokic etc maybe there’s one of those guys in this draft Make a video trying yo identify some possible candidates
Everyone also thought the 2020 draft class was weak. Now we have some of the brightest young stars from that class…ANTMAN, MAXEY, BALL, Haliburton, Bane, Vassell, Jaden McDaniels…..fringe stars like Deni Avdija, and some great role players like Isiah Joe, Payton Pritchard, Cole Anthony, Obi Toppin, Okoro, Nesmith, Josh Green, Saddiq Bey, Quickley
Yeah this draft isn’t great but Sarr goes #2 or #3 in last year’s draft right?
CLV gets LBJ, LAL get JA/DvM, LAC sign THarris/someone lose westbrook/PG, GSW run it back, Kings run it back, Pho trades KD for Kat/picks, OKC trades for Giannis, Mil gets 20000 picks, DNV runs it back, PTL trades Grant, Utah trades signs Russell, then immediately trades him for expiring contracts, Orl signs Westbrook, Mem trades TOR picks for Poetyl, Claxton resigns with Brooklyn, Brooklyn trades for Young, NYN trade for Bridges, Brooklyn gets Randall (So Brk now is Young/Randall/Claxton/pieces), Boston runs it back, Phi signs PG, Mil trades Dame to Mia for Picks/Salary/Herro, ATL gets Cam Thomas and salary/picks for Young, Chi trades Lavine for Butler and they some how still manage to play solid zone defense, Indiana trades Tor for Kennard (post Poetyl trade), Det trades for Ayton and everyone is confused, CHA resigns Bridges, Houston signs Tyus Jones, Melton and Kyle Anderson, SAS drafts the other french guy and starts random players at PG again, NOP trade BI to Portland for Jeremi Grant, DAL signs other 3 and d wings/run it back, Washington signs Gordon Heyward to a max contract.
Trae Young only makes sense on the Spurs. The only player that can coverup his weaknesses is Wemby.
