This Is How I Would Become An INSANE Ball Handler (From 0 To 100)
I made a ton of mistakes as a player when it came to improving my ball handling. Despite putting in a lot of time and effort, I never saw great results that transferred to the game and because of that, I always lacked confidence and success as a ball handler. Knowing what I know now as a trainer and coach for the past 5+ years, here is exactly what I would do if I could go back in time and do it all over again and I’m confident that these things would have completely transformed my ability, confidence, and success as a ball handler.

Hi coach
Early👍
He much sleep should I get if I’m 13 and training at least 2.5 hours a day
Do you have any advice for helping me dribble at 6'4. I've been played as a center most of my life and I want to play as a guard now but getting low and dribbling feels unnatural to me.
Great video, I wish I heard this 30 years ago when I was developing as a ball player.
Amazing vid man! Could you pls make similar videos about how you would train your shooting and passing too if you could go back in time to when you were young

Footwork really is the foundational skill for any sport
Is changing drills every 2 weeks too much? Because I don't want my body to get comfortable with only one set of drills
Much value found in this video. Subscribed.
I'd say being a Ball Handler has nothing to do with being great at dribbling. You can have simple yet effective dribbling but you know how to get to spots or to beat your Defender.
yo, this is great content! super casual and valuable insights – would love to see or hear a recap at the end of the video of all your different tips! (tips 1,2,3 called out on a screen or something similar)
It'd be helpful on rewatches or just noting down (working on #1, 2, 3, etc). appreciate you!
ya gotta get outside & walk, jog, run with the ball. Just dribble around your neighborhood for 30 minutes a day. Incorporate dribbling with your cardio. You will become very comfortable with the ball after a while.

When i walked to school i would dribble a ball. Going downhill and on a sidewalk as well as going back home. That helped alot 😂😂
This is awesome
Where’s the free ball handling program? The elite ball handling cost money for me
