  1. I just don’t understand what happened.

I didn’t think it couldn’t get worse than game 2…. Holy shit i was wrong.

Can someone whos got a better Basketball IQ than me please explain?

Lol seriously. I completely understand it’s super freaking hard to beat a team 4 in a row.

I get the wolves defense is good, but what changed?

First off Denver missed EASY FREAKIN buckets.

The image of Nugs being up 9-2 is grained in my mind.. being up 9-2 and Ant stealing the ball and dunking… anyone remember that?

After thar shit hit the fan so hard, it’s painful…. I just don’t understand….

Not to mention how much we jacked up 3s…

    What were we doing?

    Stop shooting flippin 3s…..

  2. The squealing, shallow member in your group last night destroyed the interpersonal chemistry. I had you on two minutes and switched you off. I hope you'll stick with your normal members in the future

  3. If Murray does not make at least three of his first six shots, he should stop shooting for the night except for lay-ups when alone at the basket. Ball hogs are fine when they're on, but they destroy games for their teams when they're off

  4. Ffs just sell the guy already. You had the chance to sell him last year after the championship where his price would be somewhat decent for selling but no… Denver organization is like a Nazi Germany and Jokic is in concentration camp being overworked to death. If I was Joker I would be out of there like yesterday. Gtfo.

  5. MPJ is a limited player with a big contract he doesn't deserve. His playoff performance is just miserable. Murray is injured, and yet he's forcing shots instead of MPJ, who should take some responsibility and not vanish every single game.

  6. 1) Jamal Murray sucks. You don't have it today – why forcing hard contested shots?? Give ball to Jokic and take 14 shots (or better less) as in previous game
    2) How can Jokic be such a great player and so stupid at the same time?? He was passive from the start, that was the main reason of the loss. Go to the f*ing paint, you will either score or they will foul you or you will make a great pass

When Denver was stuck at 9:2 what they did on offense:
    1. missed contested shot from Joker (ok)
    2. turnover Murray to Jokic (stupid)
    3. Jokic missed 3 pt at 13 sec (ok)
    4. Missed 3pt from Murray at 13 sec (ok)
    5. Travel from Jokic in the paint vs Gobert (not good)
    6. Turnover from MPJ to Jokic in the paint (not good)
    7. missed contested long 2pt from Murray (stupid)
    8. missed 3 pt from Jokic (stupid IMO)
    9. missed 3pt from AG at 17 sec (stupid)
    10. missed hard 3pt from MPJ (stupid)
    11. MADE mid 2pt from Jokic (SOMETHING FINALLY!!)
    12. turnover from AG early in transition (stupid)
    13. turnover BS by Murray (stupid)
    14. KCP MADE 3pt
    15. missed layup from Reggie (stupid in this situation)
    16. missed contested 3pt from KCP (ABSOLUTELY STUPID!!)
    17. blockshot to Holiday on a layup (ok I guess..)
    18. missed hook from Jokic (GOOD decision, but missed)

So we had 20-0 run and 27-2 run. And during whole this period Jokic made ONE attempt to make it into the paint and score near the basket (there was travel #5 in the list, that was it). That's when the loss happened.
Jokic was absolutely passive during this run. He tried to make 3s and didn't make them.
What he should have done (in my opinion). After couple missed 3s (#3 and #4) he should go into the paint and try to score there or make passes for the easy dunks/layups/3pts.
Why doesn't he do this? I don't know. We see this from him time and time again in regular season.
When your team struggles to score – go into the paint and score there! In worst case you will be fouled and get FTs. Or you will miss and get rebound. Your team can't score – score easy points!
Jokic didn't even try to go into the paint.
Right before MPJ TO #6 Jokic had a ball vs Gobert by decided to pass it away and there were other chances to go vs defenders.
That was such a stupid game from Jokic… That was sooo disappointing
And what's the most disappointing – it repeats time and time and time again. I thought – ok, maybe it's regular season, he can have nights off. But It's freaking elimination game 6 in playoffs!!
The most valuable quality for a player – be able to score in such moments when your team collapses and everybody misses. It's FAR MORE VALUABLE then ability to score game-winning 2 pts.
Because 2pts in the end and in 1st quarter is still two points. In 1st quarter 2pts may be far more precious than in clutch, because they can stop the bleeding and give momentum. Otherwise we have 0:20 collapse and you are down 30 pts in the end and your "game-winning shots" have zero value.

  7. It's not just losing. No one could make any shot! The only good thing I can think of is that losing like this is better than losing close game. This might light a fire in them for game 7, as oppose to feeling so disappointed of letting something slip away.

  8. Denver quitting and packing it in for game 7 will bite them in the ass.
The looks on their faces isnt what you want from a champion

  9. Nuggets have home court advantage for Game 7. The home team usually wins 75% of the time.

Nuggets should be favored by 2.5 points.

  10. If Nuggets lose to Minesota and Josh Kroenke doesn't step up and find a replacement for Murray, I'll just watch Jokic highlights and won't care about Nuggets whatsofuckingever.

  11. I think that they need to move on from Murray at this point because the dude is so inconsistent and every time he plays bad he costs you the game. Sometimes he's so erratic on offense that you start to doubt if he even belongs out there.

  12. That was a terrible game by Malone. He is absolutely overrated and riding the joker bus. You can’t guard two 7 footers with Gordon and Murray. You can’t come out of the timeout and shoot three trash 3s in a row. Draw a fckg play Malone

  13. No matters what happens, W or L, hopefully everyone sees now that Denver needs to sell while they can & move on from MPJ. His salary is preventing the team from upgrading. He’s a luxury, not a necessity. It’s a shame he hasn’t done one damn thing well this series. Taking whole series off is inexcusable; he did this last year too in the playoffs. It just puts too much pressure on everyone else. Heck, even though Strawther is raw he wouldn’t have fared any worse.

Move Mike, resign KCP, maybe make a play for Alex Caruso & get a decent big who can help Jokic out.

  14. When they are playing at the top of their game as a team, these are far and away the 2 best teams in the league, Denver 1 and the Wolves 2. Denver is 1 because of Jokic. The Wolves podcast Flagrant Howls was talking about how Micheal Jordan is number 2 all time in most of the advanced stats because Jokic is number 1. If Jokic takes over like he did in games 3-5 and brings the rest of the team with him, there is not a lot any team can do to stop them. Other than Jokic, the coaching adjustments and motivation are a key. These are 2 of the best head coaches in not only the NBA, but also in all of professional sports.

  15. Will an oligarch leave his multi billion dollar investment to be determined by a point guard crapshoot? Ignore the emotional, mental, and maturity aspects, and you’re left with the fantasy that an injury plagued career will see less injuries late in a that career. Every loss this season and every playoff exit has had the same cause. 🙃

  16. Dline to say Jokić was passive my god he provided plenty open 3s…. Of doubling… Amd he was passive 😭😆🤯

  17. It was so heartbreaking to see him standing up whole time bro … Thinking how the f i can win alone against those 🐺… And to see others lost in space….my god 🤯

  18. resigning MPJ to that new deal and potential giving Murray a max are mistakes. MPJ can only do 1 thing and if you stop that 1 thing he's worthless and Murray is super inconsistent and has been often injured. They should still win this but this is an eye opener

  19. Too many folks in the peanut gallery want to pin this game, or other losses, on some character flaw. We’ve seen the competitive spirit of this team and its best players for years and they have what you want. What this team never had this season was a competent bench, and that is a must have when an NBA team is defending a title — having played into June last season and getting other teams’ best efforts all season. It’s worn some of the players down.

  20. To me this is scary how guys can show up to a playoff game like this. And the inconsistency is a real problem for guys other then Jokic. Smdh

  21. Good thing we have 2 full days of rest. If we can win Game 7 I think we’re in good shape. If we lose Game 7, not so much. 😢

  22. Denver needs a true point guard….relying on Murray or Gordon to run the offense is just not reliable

  23. Nuggets should change team after season. They need real pg, backup center, and few guys on bench that knows how to play defence and can make some shots. Jok need rest next season in 80 games season so he can be 100 in playoff.
It is on the front office but MJP and JM need to go so Nuggets can make real team……With this team Nuggets will not won nothing in next few years, every team will be better on west. No matter what Denver do this season, Nuggets need big change.

  24. Every one is too relaxed about this loss, which is exactly why there's a good chance they'll lose game 7.
No one seems to understand that they started winning after game 2 cause they felt the urgency to do so. Right now this game 6 blowout doesn't seem to concern the Nuggets all that much, nor the fans. So it creates no urgency towards winning game 7, but instead I see both the team and fans react like the loss after game 1: no biggie, we'll win game 7.
Exactly that arrogance is what separates this team from last year's championship team mentality.
If you don't take lessons from your (recent) history, you're doomed to repeat them.
I'm afraid that'll happen, Nuggets are gonna lose a game 7 on their homecourt, and arrogance will be the reason. Read this and prove me wrong Denver.

  25. Tough night. Despite this loss and the up and downs of this series we're still living through the greatest era of Nuggets basketball ever. These guys are giving everything they have for this team and this fanbase. Whatever happens Sunday, I'm still proud of this team and grateful for all the memories. Go Nuggets

  26. Been a fun season fellas, wild series. A year in the making after ants missed shot. Battle for the 1 seed all year. Best offense, best defense. Let’s do this ish
