He’s not cemented enough to overcome every possible outcome but it would be a shit show of a season that gets him fired before next year.
He’s a very bad coach
As he should be. If Gump Griff could kick his addiction to handing out undeserved, haphazard contract extensions that’s been crippling us ever since he was hired they might’ve already canned him. Jason Kidd of all people just coached circles around Mark D… while Willie was out here making him look like the next coming of Poppovich getting swept like a mark. The disparity in his rotations, preparations, offensive system, everything compared to even the mid-level coaches around the league, let alone the real elite ones is going to (continue to) prove insurmountable in a playoff setting, with or without Zion.
I feel like willie is our mark jackson he turned the culture, gave something I don’t think we’ve ever had from a coach , but 8th seed, play in loss, 8 th seed, we need to get that Steve Kerr to take us to the next level
