3-2 looking to close out top seed OKC PJ Washington was the only the only mavrick starter not in double figures he’s actually had a great series he was very quiet off the feed there from Luca Luca had his third straight triple double in a back and forth game the MBS who are once down 16 in fact with the Break battle back Jay gilis Alexander MVP runner up gets it to go two-point game and then SGA to Hom grin and Oklahoma City is back up 10 seconds to go donit who finished right behind SGA in the MVP voting getting it out to Washington who’s going to be fouled in the corner by SGA did say after the game should have just made it a make Miss situation we talk about the little things all the time and I didn’t really heed what we talk about every day in practice he had to make the first two free throws intentionally missed the third last second he for OKC off the Mark Dallas wins it in six and advances to the Western Conference finals for the sixth time here’s Kyrie going to make me cry man don’t do [Applause] [Music] that I just want to thank each one of you guys man uh all your sacrifices all the things that you guys are doing with no one’s watching it’s TR truly appreciated and um all the words affirmation that we’re giving each other go a long way man so keep the positivity going job’s not finished but we could definitely celebrate this one this was hard it was [Applause] [Music] tough what a great scene great ACC say Terry as I mentioned third straight triple double for Luca in the series his fifth career 25o triple double that’s tied with LeBron for the second most by a player aged 25 or younger in NBA postseason history what I look [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause]

  1. This Mavs team is a TIGHT ONE!!! They're truly out there playing for each other. There are no egos in that locker room. It's a FAMILY!!! A literal family.

For Lively, those are his brothers. He's lost his family and the entire team came around him during his tragic loss. Barely 20 years old and your parents are gone. That's tough.

Or for PJ Washington. Coming home to play for his childhood team where he's playing in front of his family & friends.

Or like Kyrie here. To find peace & happiness in Dallas after SOOOOOOOOO many years of struggle and being hated on.

  2. Nah the way Kyrie leaned into Coach Kid like that – you can tell they got a relationship that is healthy and respectful

  3. 14-0 iN cLiNcHiNg OpPoRtUNiTieS… wow, such an important and commonly referenced stat there, ESPN. A stat every kid dreams of. I always wanted to go 14-0 in clinching opportunities and win zero rings. Also, Kidd is the only coach with a bald head to clinch a trip to the Western Conference Finals while wearing eyeglasses and standing in front of two fans drinking beer and eating nachos.

  4. never have i heard "mvp runner up" so much in my entire time of watching lmao😂😂

  5. Kobe will always be my guy but Kyrie is my favorite player of this era. He should be recognized as one of the greats, hopefully he gets another chip this year.

  6. I’ve never thought Kyrie was a bad guy or anything. In the past I think he has been a distraction sometimes but I’m happy to see him succeed and find the right fit.

  7. I could only imagine if Kyrie had this leadership when he was in Boston. I don't know if the rest of the team was ready anyway. I still don't know if Boston is ready. The inconsistency with the effort every game. I keep waiting for Tatum to hit that next stage but he just never seems to get there. Then you see what Anthony Edwards has been doing any he seems to have jumped over Tatum. Maybe this is just what Tatum is, which is still great just not best player in the league great.

  8. Never really cared for Irving, then after all the feathers he ruffled before landing in Dallas. But man he looks happy and it makes me happy for him, hopefully he doesn’t do them dirty.

  9. As a Slovenian I knew little about Kyrie, but he is one of the most talented, warm and principled individuals. Incredible team person. High emotional intelligence. .. Respect for his diet and for his stance on not getting vaccine! A huge player and human being! Way to go, brother!

  10. The nets owner punching the air right now. He was quick to sacrifice Kyrie for the small hat people for posting a link. Also espn and Stephen a 🦝 smith. We don't forget

  11. Thunder fan here. Was a fun series. I’m happy for Kyrie 🫡 nothing but respect for his game and character

  12. Humble considering he was almost crucified last year. But In spite of it all I rise ❤❤ I’m inspired by people who have the courage to be themselves

  13. So many fools on social media saying the mavs are stupid for bringing kyrie. Kyrie is a cancer. How wrong so many people have been! I dont hear any apologies from those people

  14. Kyrie, if you're reading this, we love you in the streets here in Chicago. Thank you for your work on and off the court when the cameras aren't around.
