well as the old adage goes defense wins championships and in game seven of the Western Conference semis the Minnesota Timberwolves reminded us and the defending world champion Denver Nuggets of that at it all now it is nothing shy of an absolute miracle that the nuggets have won anything at all with the criminally negligent amount of supporting filth this organization has surrounded the great nicolea yic with it’s a complete crap and if there is any question left to be asked about how and why this guy has three of the last four League MVPs let this game and more importantly this entire series serve as your answer now credit where credit is due to the walking garbage can Jamal Murray who actually showed up in a big way for this game seven he came in averaging just 15.7 points per game on 38.7% shooting for the first six games of this series but had a massive first half to help lead the Nuggets to a 15-point Advantage at halftime while Murray largely vanished in the second half he still more than handled his end of the arrangement for this game finishing the night with 35 points on 13 of 27 from the field three rebounds and three assists and then there was the MVP Nicole yic with 34 points 19 rebounds and seven assists on 13 of 28 from the field in 46 minutes unfortunately he was entirely gassed out for the entire fourth quarter since he had to play every minute of the entire second half sitting out only for a brief two-minute respit in the first half and despite Murray and joic combining for 69 points on 47% shooting in this game it just wasn’t enough it wasn’t enough despite the Timberwolves all everything rid in Star Anthony Edwards scoring only 16 points on six of 24 from the field yeah and you would think amid his struggles and yogic and Murray’s big nights the Nuggets would have cruised in this game but ultimately though the overwhelming team Advantage for the Timberwolves which showed itself for large stretches of this entire series was just too much for the Nuggets to overcome last night and Anthony Edwards team unlike yices had the 22-year-olds back in this game fellow Allstar Carl Anthony towns carried the Timberwolves for stretches of this game and finished the night with 23 points and 12 rebounds on eight of 14 from the field while Jaden McDaniels was enormous for the second straight game as the 10o per game scorer came up with 23 points to co-lead the team in scoring on seven of 10 from the field and three of four from three in all there were six Timberwolves in double figures which included Sixth Man of the Year winner this year NS Reed with 11 points on four of seven from the field Off the Bench and he outscored the entire nuggets bench by himself as Denver’s reserves combined for just five points on the night and frankly it was a criminally negligent and pathetic performance from these gutless nuggets players minus yic and at least for this game Jamal Murray but the real criminality has been purported by the front office in the Assembly of this trash team only four other players outside of joic and Murray scored a single point in this game the third leading scorer in game seven at home for the Nuggets was Michael Porter Jr with seven points seven and for this fraud bum who played more like his brother jont Porter with money on the line for this entire series had his seven points last night come on three of 12 from the field and for the seven game series Michael Porter Jr averaged 10.7 points per game on 37% from the field and for a little bit of cont text here he is playing out a 5year $180 million contract which is good for $36 million annually all for 10 points on 37% shooting for this series and seven points on three of 12 in game seven absolutely breathtaking futility here and the entire nuggets team minus joic and Murray combined to score just 20 21 points on eight of 28 from the field which is good for just 28 1.2% and yes some of this can be attributed to the Wolves stifling League best defense but most of this is emblematic of how Dreadful this team really is which is what made jokic’s title a year ago so utterly impressive but yic who has had an unequaled lack of support throughout his career more on that to come tomorrow will not be taking his talents to some other star studded team this off season he will not be throwing any of his teammates under the bus though they all deserve it he will just put his head down and take all of the blame for this loss along with his playoff averages this year of 29 Points 13 rebounds and nine assists per game on 55% from the field and he’ll just work to get better next year because Yoki is the kind of Superstar we need not the one we deserve and he will be back next season Define the odds with this same Supporting Cast of to try to do the unthinkable and amaze us again

You can't have it both ways SA – you've made the argument many, many times that Jokic would be able to tip the scales if he had just ONE other player show up with an all-star type contribution. Jamal Murray gave him exactly that caliber of performance in the most important game of their season and joker failed to deliver the W. To your credit, you did note Murray's big-time stat line, despite scapegoating him as a "bum" in several other losses. I think the term inconsistent is more fair & accurate, but hey, controversy = views. This is a failure that Jokic absolutely must bear the brunt of the criticism for, especially as league MVP. Jokic being "gassed" from playing a ton of minutes is a legitimate and observable fact – you could see it in his eyes. He's only human. BUT that's exactly why someone like Jordan is viewed as "other than human": A DOG, A GOAT. I think maybe just maybe MJ was also tired/gassed in that "Flu game", but he had something extra within him that was not subject to the limitations of human physiology. I've watched and applauded as this channel has repeatedly dismantled LaBia James for similar losses while Anthony Davis put up big numbers alongside him. Try to keep it real here and apply the same standards to Jokic. If joker can't take a 35pt on 50% shooting contribution from Murray and close out a 20 point, third-quarter lead under the bright lights, then he probably doesn't have "it". Jordan had it. Kobe had it. LeFlop doesn't have it. Maybe Jokic doesn't have it either, or maybe he just missed his window. Be happy – as league MVP, Jokic made plumbers great again. All season, I kept saying that this team without Joker is probably not even a play-in team. Joker has to do it all. He even had to bring up the ball at times because Reggie Jackson could not deal with pressure from defenders. Joker has to score, rebound, set picks, anchor the defense and distribute the ball.
I don't know why the Nuggets did not make a move during the season to get some help for the bench. Their bench was pathetic the whole year. I knew they needed help. I knew Murray was injury-prone and would have a hard time in the playoffs. If they had a deeper bench, he would not have had his struggles in the playoffs.

After 0-2 nobody expected game 7, and after plus 20 nobody expected wolves to come back. It was a great great series and this video and some of comments are just unnecessary. Basketball won.

Not comparing Jokic to Jordan because no one has yet reach that level (Kobe was the closet), but Jordan beat the entire Jazz team by himself to win his 6th NBA title. That Bulls team was very flaw but you wouldn't know it because MJ masked so many of its issues. Scotty Pippen's back was very bad that he can barely played. Also, Jokic made a few bad decisions down the stretch in game 7 that didn't help either. He kept shooting threes and missed. When he drive to the basket instead of trying to score and let the refs make the call, he tried to get call and ended up either missing the shot or turned the ball over. And on defense, he didn't do a good job of boxing out and gave up offensive rebounds to the Wolves. Maybe it was due to fatigue or whatever, but Jordan would have willed himself to overcome his fatigue. Jordan played the entire game in Game 6 of his final Chip because he can't afford to rest against the Jazz.
Anyway, the Wolves also know all of the Nuggets tricks because half of Denver's coaching staff are now coaching the Wolves. And I didn't know that Denver's GM also went to the Wolves. Playing against a team that is hungry and they know everything about the strength and weaknesses of every player on your team is a very tough challenge. Jokic did a great job to win three games in a row. And also props to the Wolves for making the shots down the stretch while the Nuggets missed.
