At the very least, he could be a taller version of Merrill with better on-ball shot creation (which is one of Merrill’s weaknesses). We can’t give him anything more than Merrill minutes though if his defense doesn’t become less of a liability.

It’s still my observation that Emoni decides if he makes $100MM+ during his career or not.
What i mean by that is if he decicates his life to basketball, puts in the hard work at a high level, and keeps away from distractions, he has has a chance to peak as a borderline all star guy. Might take him 6 or 7 years, but he has some rare traits that could get him there. Not many 6’9” guys with a release and shot like that.

He has the shot – which historically is the hard part. He just needs to get stronger and get better at everything else. It’s a big ask, but it’s not like he was a number one pick. I’m just hoping they stay committed to him.
