Elon Musk is getting rid of public likes on Twitter/X in a few weeks and I’m going to miss it only because it’s fun to see what athletes like lol.

Also I’ve enjoyed Trae basically cooking the Hawks FO this offseason.

The NBA would never let us win a trade like the one for Kyrie, but otherwise I agree.

The Mavs probably have a real a GM though

The only lesson to learn from this is to make successful moves which is obvious. How do you achieve that?

I’m skeptical when it comes to Sarr. He is a good defender so he’ll at least be good on that end. But his calling card is his defense. Will he be better than good at that end? If you buy into Sarr you probably have to buy into him becoming a Rudy Gobert like defender.

Sarr weighs 224. Okongwu is listed at 240. Sarr needs to bulk up and if I had my bets he is more of a PF than a C to start his career.

Sarr is a raw offensive prospect which is more meaningful if he is a PF than if he is a C.

The Hawks drafted Okongwu who was a raw offensive prospect and I’m not going to unequivocally say that Sarr will be a repeat of Okongwu and will remain raw offensively but this isn’t a risk that I would all too happily be taking.

Also I find it weird that people are saying draft Sarr because Lively is playing well. The Mavs two best players are better than our two best players. This team needs talent above all else.

Ok, but Luka is also averaging nearly a 34 point triple double per game. That’s probably far more important than PJ Washington or Dereck Lively.
