Coach always said, don’t practice a shot you won’t take in a game…ha.

One thing we never have to worry about with Scoot is him working hard.
Wonder if he’ll play the first game of Summer League this year. I think he mentioned wanting to play. Let him show out the first game and then shut him down.

His shot looks more squared up with better foot placement imo. Hard to tell without ball and game flow if it isn’t just a feature of it being a gym workout.

Even in this video his base is very inconsistent and wider than 99% of nba players, especially guards. He also still hitches on release slightly. Looks a little smoother but im not seeing major adjustments. Maybe someone with a better eye can tell me what’s different here?

Full speed video (from only a couple angles) isn’t conclusive but to the naked eye, the shot does look better due to the absence of a hitch. I’m cautiously optimistic.

I’m sold. Next year’s MVP.

People are saying that his stance is too wide, but it’s nearly perfect given that his shoulders are so wide.
“A lot of your consistency is going to come from your balance when you shoot. You want to be a more consistent shooter, you want to be on better balance. If you want to be on better balance, you have to get your feet wide apart when you shoot.”

He seems to care a lot more that Shaedon Sharpe does…..as a #3 pick he should average 20 points and 10 assists soon…..👀😳🤷♂️
I can’t wait for all these kids calling him a bust to eat their words.
Scoot going to be awesome.
Wish that him and shae got more court time together this year to build some chemistry like we saw scoot and Ayton develop at the end of the season
It’s May and this sub is already on growth spurt watch. Let’s do this!
Scoot is the future! 😎
