Zach Lavine?

So Zach Lavine is on the market and it doesn't sound like Chicago is going to ask a ton in return. I get the contract and injury concerns, but people forget that this guy averaged an efficient 25 ppg for years before getting hurt this season. He has also been stuck on some pretty mediocre Chicago teams. My point is that I think a healthy Lavine is exactly what the Magic needs as a big, athletic, three-level scorer who just happens to be a great shooter. He hasn't been the best defender in the past, but has the physical tools and has never played in a defensive system like Orlando. I just think that it is a risk worth taking especially for next to nothing.

How I wish Lavine was here when AG was still a Magic 🥲

  2. 3 years remaining with the final year a player option. If it was a 2 year deal this would align with a Paolo extension perfectly.

I don’t think we do it but maybe we consider it if FA options don’t work out

Absolutely not. Bad contract, bad attitude, bad body

BIGG lavine fan here my boy has dealt with some HORRIBLE teams. When they finally put a good team around him they were the 1st seed about 30+ games in and that Lonzo injury changed everything they no longer had a point guard on the roster and he was there second best defender.

If we got lavine its hard to tell how he would fit but this would be the best team he has been on i think for it to work paolo or franz would have to embrace being the point guard essentially it would definitely increase the fun factor for the team having a high flyer out there with paolo plus the Seattle connection he would have with paolo it would have some potential for sure. His best year is when he had defenders around him.

I’d take him and Lonzo in a package deal only for Cole Anthony and Caleb Houstan
