Luka Doncic (28 points, 15 rebounds, 10 assists) tallied his ninth career playoff triple-double for the Mavericks in their losing effort. The Mavericks lead the best-of-seven series, 3-1, with Game 5 taking place Thursday, May 30 (8:30 PM ET, TNT).

Beating a team three times is enough. Playing a best of seven modus is giving the NBA in this case at least two more games (=money). Unfortunately this creates unfair competition (players get hurt) and making the league less attractive.
