I hope the Wolves prioritize shooting in the draft this year. Shooting has become the most important skill in the NBA yet it has never been the skill we’ve prioritized.
I wouldn’t say any of those players top skill coming into the NBA was Shooting and most of those players didn’t last in the NBA because they couldn’t shoot at a high enough level.
I know we need a PG and it’s smart to take the BPA, but Ant needs shooters around him going forward so I hope that starts to become a priority.

Hoping those who follow prospects closely can share insights on these guys?

**Ajinca**- 3&D guy. Shoots lefty. Supposed to be good potential. Only 20 years old. Experience questions
**Bridges** – 6’6 3&D guy with a 6’10 wingspan. On ball defender with good movement off the ball on offense
**Mitchell** – Conley light without the 3 ball. Can play with or without the ball. Has a floater. Good IQ guy, one of those that kinda just “knows ball”. Playmaking guard that can also move off ball
**Mogbo** – Center qualities while being undersized for the center position. No 3 ball but has decent playmaking and plays good D.
**Scheierman** – Good IQ off deep ball lefty shooter that can rebound. Willing screener and defender. Will be 24 soon and isn’t super athletic.
**Enaruna** – Haven’t gotten to him yet. Sorry haha

Don’t follow closely but some of Mogbo’s stat lines and his physical makeup really stand out

Scheierman could be a very interesting fit at 27 or 37. Terrific shooter with nice size on the wing.

I’m from France, Ajinca had a very good progression in a year, his team was playing in second division and the next year he did just as well in the first division. But honestly I just don’t see him as a NBA level guy. Funny trivia he is currently playing for Gobert’s hometown club (it’s a pretty small town and this is the first time they play in first division)

Baylor is the guy

I love scheiermann at 37, best shooter in the second round and at 24 years old could be a immediate end of rotation guy

I really like these prospects tbh. They come with the height, can play without the ball in their hands and in the case of 6’10 Bridges and 6’5 Mitchell, they’d be able to accent Mcdaniels and Conley off-the-bench with stretch minutes.
With 2 draft picks this year, if things go well, we could pick up Bridges and Mitchell.

Going back the past decade plus:
