Should we trade Paul George for Lebron? Both have a player option and both want to stay in LA. Lebron really wants to win and he has a better chance of winning with the clippers and PG just wants to do podcast stuff and doesn’t care about winning so he can go to the Lakers.

Lebron has a player option, if he decides he wants to go to the Clippers then this can happen. I’m not the biggest fan of Lebron but he’d still definitely be an upgrade over PG even though he’s turning 40 this year. However the fact he’s turning 40 this year is a massive red flag so it would probably be better to try and get someone else.
Honestly my biggest hesitation with this would be that Lebron would have a career ending injury within his first season on our team
Clippers and Lakers would agree to this. PG would agree to this. But would Lebron agree to this? He seems to like being the biggest player brand and being on the brightest team brand nowadays. Think he retires a laker.

Lol sure Lakers would just love to forfeit LeBrons farewell tour (assuming he stays), for a star who hasn’t proven he can get it done.
