A Day In The LIFE Of Paul George π
here’s what it’s like to be Paul George for a day on game day he wakes up at 7:00 a.m. to spend time with his kids before they leave for school then he’ll drive to the team facility around 8:30 or 99 and shoot around starts at 10:00 he’ll eat breakfast there get some treatment and put up some practice shots shoot around will go 30 to 45 minutes and he’ll be back home by noon then he’ll play some Madden or 2K with friends to relax have a meal by a private chef and then try to take a 45-minute nap Paul squeezes in a hot bath with epsom salt for about 20 minutes then leaves for crypto.com arena around 3:45 or 4: to fight LA traffic and get there by 5: the game itself ends around 10 and after he showers and talks to the media he might grab a late night meal and finally get back home around 1: or 2 a.m. then head to sleep and do it all over again
