these coaches come in and are not given championship teams the Lakers making the Western Conference Finals two seasons ago is an achievement in and of itself in my opinion because that roster is not built to be a championship team but the Lakers do this thing where the Lakers have this like kind of Cockiness and arrogance around them being like oh we’re the Lakers we can just make stuff happen with the we can take these big swings and get these big names and everything is just going to bow down for us I think that that’s what’s happening of course the Lakers come in they have Championship aspirations but they’re not given the coaches a championship team they’re not

I dont think they realize that with the internet and social media, A. Stars can be international famous regardless of team. B. Small market teams are just as nationally viable as large market. C. Theyve lost like all organization credibility over the past 4 years.

Facts, and the Bucks got memed for signing Darvin Ham back as an assistant like he was some bum HC. Assistant and HC aren’t the same job anyway so it was stupid for that reason but also cos he was literally a successful HC given what he had to work with
Remember, this is the same LA Lakers that hung a banner for the In-Season Tournament, just so they can say "we have more championship wins than any team in the NBA"…then the Celtics won the NBA Finals so that banner just feels like an absolute joke.
Darvin Ham was fired for being a bad coach, not for failing to win a championship.
