Rich Paul also says that there is no package deal option for LeBron and Bronny with the Suns or Lakers: “The Lakers can draft Bronny, and LeBron doesn’t re-sign. LeBron is also not going to Phoenix for a minimum deal. We can squash that now.”

So LeBron is not re-signing with the Lakers?
I’ll be real, I don’t think LeBron stays if he thinks the Lakers aren’t prioritizing a title contender. He’s not the type to play 21-23 years just to play, he wants to taste a championship one more time.
Only place that makes sense for Lebron is the Sixers but Embiid is more injury prone than AD. I think Lebron is trying to force the Lakers to make a trade. Ultimately he is most likely to come back to the Lakers though.
Folks really thought this man would take vet min money just to play with Bronny 😂
“The Lakers can draft Bronny, and LeBron doesn’t re-sign.”
Well that’s just a fucking lie.
I can’t see Lebron leaving the Lakers at this point in his career
The context is simply that Bron and Bronny do NOT have to play together guys. Stop reading too much into the quote lol He’s saying if the Lakers draft Bronny at 55 that does NOT mean Bron automatically re-signs. If the Suns draft Bronny at 22, that does NOT mean Bron will go sign a minimum deal there lmao
In the end, he probably re-signs just based on the cash/convenience : competitiveness ratio.
Yes use your leverage to force the lakers to make a trade, rather than hoard picks.
Maybe Suns think we’re crazy enough to do like a Beal for Lebron trade. They have literally 0 picks, so it would have to be a 1 for 1 trade which sounds even worse.
Other than that I guess they see something in Bronny? But they are loaded at guards right now so it’s such a dumb pick for them.
Feels like your typical Klutch statement tbh
throw in a spotify subscription, and he will think about it.
Funny that this needs to be said.
Bron will hold out to put pressure on the FO but the plan is to sign a 2+1 max or near-max deal.
So he can go on an mle?!?😛
What’s funny is that the Lakers would have drafted Bronny as a favor to Bron but I genuinely think if the Lakers don’t draft him he may go undrafted and someone picks him up as a FA
