1ST, the Trae Young hate is at a alltime high. Size has yet to stop Trae from leading the NCAA & NBA in scoring & assist. ONLY the BEST GUARDS DO EITHER 1 OR THE OTHER. NEVER BOTH. Unless you're ARCHIBALD or TRAE. I value height too in most cases. Not in the case of ALLSTAR- Trae Young. Many taller, well known, [quote] good guards are on that free agent list. Or bouncing around. Question is why? They're on 3rd/4th, 5th teams. By now. Whatever reasons. They're not as valuable or proven as Trae or Murray. I believe both would retire instead.
In Trae we talking about a guy into 6 seasons with (hall of fame-like) career, franchise & playoff setting records. Trae's career is already cemented in many conversations with Legends. Already more accomplished in stats than name brand legends with 15/20 year careers. And to y'all it means nothing. Trade him. Just overlook all that & the most incompetent coach (QUIN) who deserved to be fired. (They can't) That'll be Trae's fault too. So,..how can you expect to win? And blame only your best players? According to y'all they're the problem. So, I'm hearing,.. rely on incompetent people to delete the best players. Trade & sign weaker players. Then, in the weakest draft, don't sign the obvious best player available whose the most versatile talent that blends offensively & defensively with Trae & the starters skills. Then keep & sign your favorite randoms. And expect to get magically better. With the same lame GM & coaches.
