Heat Nation gonna hate this post if Butler has to go

I said it a couple of weeks ago…. Get Jalen Green if we trade Butler seriously… the rumor awhile back was Houston was interested in a trade for Butler. How ironic that a rumor came out last week saying Miami wanted to move up in the draft. Houston has the 3rd Pick. If we can grab Jalen green who has serious superstar potential check his highlights and we can use that 3rd Pick along with our other picks to get another Big man next to Bam. I would seriously make this trade. It benefits both parties. We also can use Herro in the package as well

  1. I don’t know how you make the money work but yes Green the 3rd overall pick and 1 of the Netz unprotected picks and a pick swap

Jalen green is the most overrated player in the entire league. Genuinely would rather have Tyler herro than a dude who doesn’t listen to the advice given to him.

  3. Jalen Green, Tari Eason and the #3 would be a great return for Butler (Jimmy will be 35 so the return most likely will be less). If Mitchell extends with Cleveland there is not anyone to add to make this team better. Maybe Herro & Robinson for Lavine but not sure that gets them over the hump

I still think they end up just running it back and hope a healthy Rozier/Butler, internal Development of Jovic/Jacquez, and a hot streak is enough to return to the finals

jalen green and the 3rd pick would be insane value for jimmy, but there’s no way houston would do that.

Butler DOES NOT “have to go”. Pat Riley needs to get the stick out of his ass, and Mickey Arison needs to crack open his dusty ass wallet.

He can’t play for the heat cause he’s not octane enough. He’s to cool and skilled to play for us so no

Heat ‘fans’ have no sense. You guys live in fairytale land.

No one is trading the 3rd pick (which has a high chance/potential of being a perennial all-star for the next decade) for 35yr old Jimmy freakin Butler on his last legs lol. Heat fans are so clouded by the 10-20 games where Jimmy when HAM in the playoffs (but otherwise is a 2nd tier superstar) that you have lost all sense of understanding. Heat fans thinking this guy is worth 3 high level first round picks or even 1 top of the lottery picks is insanity.

Out of your ever lovin minds. If I was an opposing team – I might consider 1 or MAYBE 2 end of the 1st round picks to make him the 3rd option in an already established Big Two (like Embiid and Maxey). That’s it. The guy is old and over paid by a country mile. He also averages like 60 games played per year which is a joke for a supposed ‘alpha’.

Dude has and always should have been Robin to someone’s Batman. Instead, Miami made him Batman and you guys have rose colored glasses as a result.

The sooner he is gone, the happier I will be. This era of Miami Heat basketball has run it’s course. Move on already.

  8. You are incorrect. The money for those two years of Jimmy’s extension won’t be doing anything otherwise. We won’t get much back, either. Just give Jimmy one last actual real try, then let him retire here.

y’all can’t just enjoy yall summer lol

Why would Heat do this 🤣 dude Jimmy getting that extension don’t even stress it. He ain’t leaving Miami! Save this post and we can run back when it’s time!

  11. Just no. It is clear the team is not trying to rebuild and there is not future with us building around Jaylen Green. In no world does this put us in any beneficial direction. If that is what we are talking about I’d rather go for picks instead of

  12. Idk which off-season is worse this one or last year
