Every new coach sounds great until the first 5 game losing streak.

Yes. But every coach has a good vision for what a team needs to do to win. It’s the execution and adaptability that separates good ones. In theory JJ wants to be the best, so does everyone else in the league.

His interview with Hurley sold me on so much too. It gives you a glimpse on his basketball mind and how quickly he notices the little thing. You can see Hurley looking at hime a couple times like oh shit you caught that. And he seems like a fan of taking plays from great coaches and adding it to his playbook.

JJ’s coaching philosophy reflects Coach K’s approach, emphasizing building a system tailored to the strengths of his players. This should make it effective regardless of whether LeBron stays or not.

Well it sounds he’s more Ancelotti than Guardiola. Make a strategy and tactics on the players rather than have them fit into defined roles. I hope he’s able to execute

  6. I mean if you asked me to interview for head coach these would be my bullets. I’m curious to see it in action.

Overpromise and under deliver. I think I’ve seen this before.

I don’t believe any of this until he actually starts coaching. You can say whatever the hell you want to in an interview, let’s see what happens.

Until I ACTUALLY SEE that he is willing to discipline LeBron he is no more then a LeBron yes man to me. ZERO COACHING EXPERIENCE and coaching the most recognized Basketball franchise on the planet….

Nope I won’t believe it till I see it.

Yes that is why he was hired. It’s easy to say he was hired just for LBJ but that is not the case. He is going to succeed!
