[Justin Russo] Per the incomparable @TheSteinLine : “I’ve been hearing for weeks now that the Clippers — even though Russell Westbrook possesses a $4 million player option for next season — have interest in both [Chris] Paul and Kyle Lowry to supply backcourt depth.”

Clown organisation
Sick of always being linked to old guards
If these past 2 seasons has shown us anything it’s that you can’t rely on old players for an 82 game season and postseason as they will flame out. Lowry and CP3 would be the ultimate double down on stupid with this team. Makes zero sense.
Russ is unplayable in the playoffs, I wouldn’t mind either as a backup I suppose
Would rather cp3 than Westbrook but please no more old guards
Brodie 🥺

The old folks home could use more guys near 40, HELL YA!
They’re old but they’re more playable than Westbrook in the playoffs. In regular season Westbrook can contribute more energy than them.
I would take either over Russ but having them AND Russ makes no sense
Will gladly take the point God back to fill our reserve guard position
nothing like getting another team’s unwanted scraps
Do we have to be the last stop before China for these geriatrics?
The FO not wanting Russ has been documented but the smoke around CP3 and Lowry being real would suggest they’re out on Bones too. Having a stable option at the backup point guard spot that is playoff viable is a big need for the roster though. That being said, it’s gonna be a wild day on this subreddit if Bones/Russ are shipped out and CP3 signs
Russ has to go. Even at his age CP3 would be a god send. The Mavs won a title with a 40 year old J Kidd STARTING. CP3 off the bench is huge.
Sounds like another bad move coming from GM Kawhi
Play Bones Hyland! Goddamn!
No more old ass guards. We’re about to start paying players with social security.
Need size! wtf is this shit. Really hope ballmer isn’t just trying to fill out with aging/ aged stars to bring an audience rather than trade around for actually contention
never understood how a team that has two stars that struggle to play half the season/playoffs, is always going after aged vets that have the same issue.
what’s the sense in filling the roster with vets if they’re never available when needed most. or are just simply past their prime, and can’t contribute much to winning.
