Someone needs to explain to me how Paul George fits this roster or SL?

Depending on how much or little we give up, I’d say this is far more palatable than handing PG a contract that will take him into his late 30s. Will take some draft picks for sure as I’m pretty sure the clips have almost none and will be looking to get some now that their plans have failed. They will want expiring salaries for cap relief too. And as this is there last chance to get something out of him the price won’t be insanely high.

As a cap room team I know the Magic can take on more salary than they give out… does that mean they likely pick up Ingles’s option and use him in the trade? Opting in for George seems like it would cut down some of his options.

Meh there’s a million non-reputable twitter accounts suggesting nba moves. Unless a respectable source says something, these threads hold no weight

Y’all know I was pushing PG to ORL agenda hard but I stopped as soon as I seen he’s trying to push a S&T I’m not giving up assets to the clippers for a guy who ain’t win shit I’ll rather pay OG who’s going to cost less than PG

Maybe I’m in the minority but it thunk PG is a great fit. Not only a great player but would be a good role model for a young star in Paolo.

If we’re not giving up a ton to get him I’m all for it. Just don’t think I’m ready to give up a ton of guys for that old of a vet, even if he’s still incredibly good.

  8. Why would PG opt in and get traded to the magic when he can sign outright with yall?
