Sure but we got the trade request goat Furkan Korkmaz

You’re are crazy if you think Simmons wasn’t the consensus #1 pick. It was the right choice at the time. Stop rewriting history lol.

We traded Ben 2yrs too late. His value was of a superstar calibre player until he fell apart all by himself. It was the right pick, him not panning out had multiple factors.

Ben had every opportunity to grow into a true star player and never took the leap.

Ben was the right pick. Hindsight shows clearly the cracks were already there and known, but he was the consensus #1 for a reason.

Unfortunately, [insert last decade of 76ers lore].

  6. No one in their right mind was picking Brown over Simmons. Simmons was the consensus #1 by everyone in the NBA and the media all season.

Ben was ELITE for like 3-4 years. Best defender in the league, excellent distributor and constant poster threat.

He got coached out of games in playoffs but he never had a coach outside of BB in the playoffs really. The Atlanta year I am convinced that the back injury was messing with him more than he was publicly willing to let on at that point.

Honestly Simmons only problem was that he wouldn’t take any shot. Other than that I’d take Simmons over Brown again no matter how much I dislike him

  9. Ben is in the gym RIGHT NOW with some little guys, watch out world!!!
