Can’t wait for the Chicago guys that are still mad about getting Giddey on their squad to eat shit next season. He’s obviously way more valuable than a #13 pick in this draft.

I mean tbh even as someone who wanted giddey gone, I would much rather have giddey than the 13th pick if i’m Chicago

Giddey no longer fit for us, but he’s a great fit in Chicago. I hope he also takes this as a chip on his shoulder and dedicates himself to working on his game like SGA has.
The 13th pick would likely not be decent for at least a year or two, when Giddey can contribute right now. And even then, Giddey is better than most lottery picks will ever be.

On one hand, CHI is getting a young player who is now playoff tested and knows what he needs to work on.
Other hand? The Bulls are going to have to pay Josh. I dunno how much, but it’ll be MUCH more than a rookie scale contract.
I personally would take the OKC deal because if you surround Josh with vets I think you get a more confident player. I though don’t know what the Bulls are planning to do, so while I see they have such vets today….may not exist tomorrow.

I’d take Giddey over almost anybody in this draft if you’re a rebuilding team…which the bulls SHOULD be

So someone explain to me why everyone is so high on the Thunder’s draft stock? There’s like a 95% chance all of our picks for the next 3-4 years are pick 15 or later.
This shows how low the league values mid first-round picks.
