I look forward to whatever roster Houston puts out next year. It’s been a minute since I’ve personally felt this level of confidence that the team has transitioned from rebuild to contest. And it doesn’t really matter at this point what 8-9 guys are on the roster. There’s enough diverse talent to fit around just about anything.

Tilman Fertitta has been staying out of the way and enabling lately (coach search, team plane, team facility, etc.). Not sure how involved Pat has been but nothing indicates he’s holding us back.
