[Wojnarowski] There are a number of teams who would love to move up in the draft and try to land Clingan…teams like Memphis, Chicago, and Portland…if they were able to trade up to 6 that’s where those teams are targeting to try to get Donovan Clingan

I like clingan. He’s #7 on my personal board. But with that being said,

If they really believe clingan is the guy and can move up without giving up anything more than maybe that Portland pick, then fine I wouldn’t hate that too much. Anything more though and I don’t really like the idea. Unless he ends up being a stud then I’ll love it LOL
What would a possible trade even look like?
We need to take BPA at 11 and suck ass next year so we don’t lose our one fucking pick to the Spurs. Now is not the time to get cute. Next year’s draft is where we want to be active if need be.

I think I’d rather they draft BPA at 11 and try to see about trading back into the late first round to grab Filipowski. I know he’s not the defender that Clingan is, but he looks to be serviceable and he can pass and shoot from 3 point land.
Yeah this seems like the perfect draft to stay put or trade back. 10 teams above us and only 1 or 2 have to overthink and reach so a decent prospect falls to us
I’d rather the Bulls trade down & get Ware, Filipowski, or Missi. I know many say to get BPA, but the Bulls really need to try to develop a front court player for once.
